The popular micro-blogging website Twitter launched a new service, christened as Vine. The new service let users upload short videos. The Twitter is an online microblogging application that let users post messages (Tweets) of 140 characters long. Twitter is the place to see what’s happening in the world, you can read breaking the news to major live events. You can create live videos, powered by Periscope, to share on your Twitter timeline.
You can share videos on Twitter in four ways:
Record: You can record, edit and share videos from the Twitter app (Twitter for iPhone or Twitter for Android OS 4.1 and higher).
Import: If you use the Twitter for iPhone or iPad app, you can import videos from your device.
Upload: You can upload videos to twitter.com.
Go live: You can now easily create a live video right from your Twitter app.
To record a video for a Tweet
Tap the Tweet icon then tap the photo icon. Tap the video icon to access video mode. Record a video by holding down the record icon To add more to your video, simply press and hold again. You can record up to 2 minutes and 20 seconds of video. Deleting or editing a part of the video before Tweeting: You can drag up a particular video clip to delete a part of the video before Tweeting it. You can also change the order of video clips by dragging and moving sideways. When you are done recording your video, tap Done. You can preview your video before Tweeting it by tapping the play button. This also allows you to make additional edits to your video before sharing. Tap Tweet to share your message and video.
Create a live video
Tap the compose icon. Tap the live video icon. You can end a live video at any time by swiping down and tapping End video. You can also discover and watch live videos from your Home timeline, notifications, search, and trends.
